Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Flow Academy BJJ Riverside website (flowacademybjjriv.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

Services

Flow Academy BJJ Riverside provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction and related martial arts programs for all ages. Our website allows you to view program information, book trial classes, register for events, and contact our team.

Trial Classes & Bookings

Trial class bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel trial classes due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of any changes via the contact information you provide during booking.

Assumption of Risk & Waiver

Participation in martial arts activities involves inherent risks of injury. By booking a trial class or enrolling in any program, you acknowledge these risks and agree to sign our liability waiver before participating. Parents or guardians must sign on behalf of minors.

Payments & Refunds

Payments for programs, events, and merchandise are processed through our secure payment system. Refund policies vary by program and will be communicated at the time of purchase. Summer camp and special event registrations may have specific cancellation policies.

Code of Conduct

All students, parents, and visitors are expected to conduct themselves with respect and sportsmanship. Flow Academy BJJ Riverside reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership to anyone who violates our code of conduct or creates an unsafe environment.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, videos, and design elements, is the property of Flow Academy BJJ Riverside and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services (including booking platforms, payment processors, and social media). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these external sites.

Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.

Text Messages (SMS)

Flow Academy runs a text messaging programme called Flow Academy Alerts. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about the things you have asked us about or signed up for: confirmations and reminders for a trial class or booking, changes or cancellations to a class, notices about your membership or account, and replies from our coaches and front desk staff to questions you have sent us.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive texts in order to train with us, book a class, or buy anything from us.

How you join. You opt in by ticking the text-message box yourself when you book a class on our website or in our app. The box is unchecked by default, and this is the only way to join — staff never tick it for you. We do not buy, rent, or share phone number lists, and we do not text people who have not opted in.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Most people receive only a handful of messages, and only when something is actually happening — a booking, a class change, or a reply to something you asked us.

Message and data rates may apply. Flow Academy does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send or receive, depending on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message from us at any time and we will stop texting you. You will get one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. You can also ask any member of staff to turn texts off for you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is supported on major US carriers.
