Flow Academy BJJ Riverside ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website flowacademybjjriv.com and use our services.

Information We Collect

• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number
• Child Information: Child's name and age (for youth program enrollment)
• Communication Data: Messages submitted through our inquiry forms or chat widget

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process trial class bookings and program registrations
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications
• Send promotional offers and updates about our programs by email (with your consent). Our text messaging programme does not send promotional or marketing messages — see Text Messages (SMS) below.
• Improve our website and services

Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we collect that number and a record of your consent — what you agreed to and when — along with the messages sent between you and the academy, so our staff can see the conversation history and answer you properly.

We use your mobile number only to send you the messages described in our Terms of Service: booking confirmations and reminders, class changes, membership and account notices, and replies from our coaches and front desk.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text message content with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. The only third party that receives your number is Twilio, the service that delivers the messages on our behalf, and they may only use it to deliver those messages. No mobile information is shared with anyone for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — the record of your agreement to be texted — is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You receive messages only when something is actually happening — a booking, a class change, or a reply to something you asked us.

Message and data rates may apply. Flow Academy does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send or receive, depending on your plan.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Booking & CRM: Scheduling, forms, and lead management for trial bookings and inquiries
• Google Maps: Embedded map for our location
• YouTube: Embedded video content
• Website Analytics: Privacy-focused website analytics
• Google Ads: Advertising and conversion measurement. When you arrive from a Google ad, Google sets cookies on your browser so we can tell which ads lead to a trial booking or an inquiry. Because our booking page is on a separate address from this site, that identifier is carried across to the booking page so a single visit is not counted twice. We use this only to measure and improve our own advertising.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information. You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Children's Privacy

We collect limited information about minors (name and age) solely for the purpose of enrolling them in our youth programs. This information is provided by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
