PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Active Fit is a low-impact fitness class designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay confident in your body. Each 60-minute session blends functional strength, balance training, mobility, and gentle conditioning — all in a supportive, encouraging environment.
Whether you’re getting back into fitness, want to improve stability, or simply want to feel healthier and more energized, Active Fit is built for you. Expect guided workouts, modifications for all levels, and coaching that keeps you safe while pushing you forward.
