PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

​

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that blends dance, acrobatics, music, and self-defense. Originating from enslaved Africans in Brazil, it features rhythmic, fluid movements, powerful kicks, and evasions, performed in a roda with live music.
